Annie & Cody’s wedding at Sunset Hills Country Club was absolutely beautiful from start to finish. Their day began with the most stunning flatlay details — it’s always a favorite of mine when couples include florals in their flatlays! (Pro tip for future brides: most florists are happy to provide a few extra cut blooms for these shots, and it makes such a difference.) After capturing all the thoughtful details and getting ready moments, they exchanged vows in a heartfelt Catholic ceremony surrounded by loved ones.
The celebration kept getting better as we explored the gorgeous greens of St. Clair Country Club, soaking up the perfect May sunshine for portraits. Annie surprised everyone with a fun outfit change for the reception, and when she started passing out hats and props, the dance floor exploded with energy!! This was one of those weddings where I truly didn’t want to leave — every shot we got was packed with movement, joy, and so much life.
